A La Carte TV OR ELSE (Our Battle Cry)

The Average Person Watches Only 17 Channels On Television

So why are you paying for 120 or 150 channels?  You are actually subsidizing channels that few people watch.  It also makes the cable/satellite companies look like you are getting a lot for the money when you are really being SCREWED.  How many times have you watched the Ping Pong Channel?  How about the Curling Channel?  The Fireplace Channel just gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.  Of course, those are names of channels that I made up, but you get my drift.

Isn't just super fun and amusing sifting through the menu channel with 120 choices of CRAPO only to find the show you wanted to watch just ended because it took so long to find it?

I Challenge You To Do The Following

 1)  Make a list of the channels you regularly watch.

2)  If you want A La Carte TV and are willing to follow through with this mater plan - JOIN THIS CAUSE.

3)  If the above works for you - SHARE THIS CAUSE.

I've been assigned a mission by the god of COMMON SENSE.

With all of the current churn in the cable and satellite industry there has never been a better time for consumers to DEMAND WHAT WE DESERVE.

CABLE and satellite companies will tell you they don't have the capability of setting individual customers up with Al La Carte channel service but that is PURE B.S.  They can turn Pay Per View Channels on and off at will.

I know I would be willing to pay a $1 per channel per month for the channels I watch and get rid of subsidizing garbage.

The Master Plan

I will pursue, by all legal and legitimate means, securing A La Carte Services by Cable and Satellite providers by the end of 2015.  To do this we need to start NOW.

I need to know you are interested in this cause.  If I can get 5,000 hits on this page by the end of February, I will continue with a Facebook Page.

If WE get this rolling I will enlist your help in contacting Congress People and put the heat on them too.

I will need 1 to 3 MILLION people by December 1 of 2015.  If we do not have an acceptable A La Carte offering these people need to be willing, en mass, to disconnect from cable or satellite service on that date.   The larger the number the better.  One million will get the attention and 3 mil will have some CEOs crapping in their pants.

I need YOU to SHARE, SHARE, SHARE on all forms of social networking this cause and this page.

A WORD OF CAUTION - THERE COULD BE UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES

If you insist on keeping as many channels of television as possible you bill could go up.  I'm also quite sure this is one of the lines those companies will use to discourage A La Carte action.

All I'm asking from you is your time, patience, and willingness to stand for a cause that, could in the end, save you money!
